The Art of Letting Go: A Creative Stress Release Workshop

Join me, certified coach and artist, Drea Raggambi for a transformative 2-hour workshop in person designed to help you release stress, self-judgment, reset your nervous system, and express yourself through creativity. No art experience needed—just a willingness to explore and let go in this limited-seat, 12-person workshop!

What to Expect:

✅ Learn how stress impacts the body & identify your stress response

✅ Experience powerful stress relief techniques, including EFT tapping & breathwork

✅ Engage in a symbolic release exercise to free yourself from emotional weight

✅ Create and leave with a unique piece of art that reflects your desired inner transformation

✅ Leave feeling lighter, more present, creatively inspired, and with a workbook to reflect in and refer back to
